The Homeless Housing, Assistance, and Prevention (HHAP) program is one of California’s largest and most important sources of flexible funding for local jurisdictions and homelessness response systems to develop and expand programs to both end and prevent homelessness. That’s why it’s vital that we prioritize a multi-year commitment to fund HHAP, so we can continue to advance life-saving services, deeply affordable housing, and and solutions to homelessness.
