Impact Report 2025
We are proud to share our Impact Report for 2025—a year that tested our resolve and deepened our commitment to this work.
As you read it, the urgency of this moment is hard to ignore. As California finally sees a real decline in homelessness, two threats have emerged at once: HUD’s new federal funding rules are likely to cost our region critical program funding, and the Governor’s May Budget Revision proposes cuts that risk the programs driving that progress.
This isn’t the first time we’ve faced threats like these. And like before, we’ll rise to meet them.
In 2025, All Home and our partners showed up. Our advocacy efforts mobilized 70 organizations, our narrative strategy reached more than 1 million viewers with Stories of Home, and our grantmaking helped over 1,400 households stay housed. We launched a new workforce development program, expanded our Emerging Leaders cohort to 86 graduates, and fought hard to protect the communities that depend on us most.

JEDI Vision Statement + Goals

In striving to fulfill a bold mission, All Home is committed to the pursuit of Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
We’re a mission-driven, diverse team with a range of identities and lived experiences, called together by a shared commitment to equity and collective well-being. Systemic racism and generational inequities are inextricably woven into the cycles of poverty we aim to dismantle. We believe that disrupting cycles of poverty requires facing and mitigating harmful patterns—within ourselves and our organization, the systems we operate in, the work we engage in, the partnerships we forge, and within our communities.
We know that doing this work well means building organizational muscle over time, making our overall impact stronger. We commit to empowering our team with the knowledge and tools for bringing an ongoing equity lens to our work.
We’re choosing to hold ourselves to a high standard of candor and care. We invite our advisors, partners, and the broader community into this journey with us, leveraging our organizational values as the guide on every step of our path.
