Impact Report 2025

We are proud to share our Impact Report for 2025—a year that tested our resolve and deepened our commitment to this work.

As you read it, the urgency of this moment is hard to ignore. As California finally sees a real decline in homelessness, two threats have emerged at once: HUD’s new federal funding rules are likely to cost our region critical program funding, and the Governor’s May Budget Revision proposes cuts that risk the programs driving that progress.

This isn’t the first time we’ve faced threats like these. And like before, we’ll rise to meet them.

In 2025, All Home and our partners showed up. Our advocacy efforts mobilized 70 organizations, our narrative strategy reached more than 1 million viewers with Stories of Home, and our grantmaking helped over 1,400 households stay housed. We launched a new workforce development program, expanded our Emerging Leaders cohort to 86 graduates, and fought hard to protect the communities that depend on us most.

Please take a moment to read the report and reflect on what we’ve built.
