Convening and goal setting
Facilitate the convening of major community stakeholders to align on a shared vision, break down existing roadblocks and drive towards actionable outcomes
Policy
Advocate for policy measures through lobbying, contributions and organizing/mobilizing key stakeholders
Grant making
Provide grants to catalyze greater public and private dollars through "proof of concept" investments and scaling replicable interventions
Strategic support
Work with existing organizations to adopt more specific/measurable outcomes to maximize the impact of their resources
