With $18 million from Homekey, Burbank Housing and the City of Napa will create Valley Lodge Apartments, a complex of 54 permanent supportive housing units at the site of a former motel in south Napa. These funds will also be used to provide on-site services and case management for Valley Lodge Apartments residents. A portion of these units will be specifically designated for Transition-Aged Youth, who will receive specialized support from local nonprofit VOICES Napa, and all Valley Lodge Apartment residents will have access to on-site wrap-around supported services and case management from Abode Services. The new project is expected to open by the end of 2022.
